Having been in the field of human resources, recruitment, training and development for 17+ years, we have had the opportunity of observing human and environmental dynamics between employers and their employees within different industry sectors for a solid period of time. To this end, we use a combination of multi-faceted disciplines and best practice to encourage synchronous relationships between employers and employees to promote positive energy flow between them.

Having worked in the corporate field with many industry leaders, we believe in preparing our young work seekers adequately for the workplace and the interview process. Preparation includes assisting them in identifying suitable career paths to avoid making wrong employment decisions leading to ‘job hopping’. We believe in taking a proactive approach in order to assist in introducing future talent to preferred employers.
We are passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their lives and to assisting employers maintain a healthy work environment to retain their talented resources. We provide career coaching to professionals wanting to shift their careers; provide student guidance to address subject/study choices and assist work seekers to identify their career direction, coaching them into adopting sound and healthy work ethics into their area of employment.
We apply a systemic approach to delivering unique services to employers enhancing and encouraging positive and healthy work environments by creating awareness amongst leadership, management and employees about the effect their energy fields have on their co-workers and the work environment as a whole.
Understanding and being aware of the dynamics related to how our energy fields are influenced by others around us can assist us in reducing issues of stress, conflict and negativity in the work environment.
